When Can We Start Setting Up For Our Event?
Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.
How Do I Hold A Date?
A $500 non-refundable Retainer is required to secure your date This amount is deducted from the Balance.
Do You Require A Security Deposit?
Yes, we require a $500 refundable deposit to secure your date. (The deposit will be refunded after your event is held and no damage was done to the property.)
Can I Use My Own Caterer?
Yes, absolutely!
How Long Do I Have Access To The Venue On The Day Of My Event?
The length of time you can access the venue depends on your selected package. The Silver & Bronze Package includes 6 hours, while the Gold Package includes 8 hours. Additional hours can be purchased. For details, please refer to the pricing guide on our website.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Take?
We accept cash, and all major credit cards. We make it super easy to make payments online with a client portal.
Can I Drop Off Items The Day Before?
Unfortunately, this option is not available.
Is It Possible To Set Up The Night Before?
Unfortunately, setting up the night before is not possible.
What Is The Latest Time Events Can Be Held At The Venue?
Events can go until 11:00 PM, with the space required to be locked by 12:00 AM.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
All payments are non-refundable. We will be happy to reschedule your date if you notify us at least 45 days in advance.
